What You Will Need

Google AdSense requires that you have an existing Google Account in good standing. If you have a Gmail address, you are already nearly done! We recommend using your existing Gmail/Google Account to avoid having to log into and out of multiple accounts in order to make sure your shared articles in Google Reader, Google AdSense credits and Gmail are all coordinated without any hassles.

If you do not have a Google Account or Gmail Account, you will be prompted to create one when setting up your Google AdSense account.

You may ONLY have one Google AdSense account regardless of how many email addresses you have. Do not create multiple Google AdSense account under any circumstances. This is strictly prohibited by Google.

The Setup Process

1. Fill out an application. Visit the AdSense Application Page. Be sure to include a valid payee name and full address. Be sure to use this same email address you use with Did Ya See, this is the only email address we will authorize as a contributing advertiser for our site. Be sure to use www.didyasee.com as a site you want your ads to appear on (Verification will occur automatically if you have been pre-approved by Did Ya See).
2. Verify your email address. After completing your application, you’ll receive a verification message at the email address you listed on the application. Simply click on the link in this email to verify your email address and Google will start reviewing your application.
3. Look for your approval message. After you’ve verified your email address, your application is submitted for review. Typically, it takes 2-3 days for Google to complete the review and provide you with an email response.
