I’ve become just a little addicted to this site. Simply put, you put in the number of calories you want to consume over the number of meals, and it spits out balanced, healthy meal suggestions.  You can even tweak it to your personal dietary restrictions and preferences, such as vegetarian, lactose intolerance and so forth.  Heck, you can even say opt for breakfast for dinner. 🙂
