A sculptural piece that combines the strongest of man-made materials with the natural structural advantages of a tree’s branches. The carbon fiber, steel and Kevlar-reinforced base is virtually indestructible, yet has a misleadingly delicate aesthetic. In gloss or satin finishes, it’s a super chic addition to the modern office.

I love the cleverness of this design. Storing the extra sockets and ratchet heads in the handle reduces the need for a bulky external case (which inevitable gets lost) and lets you have several sizes quickly at hand while working on a project.

The ReadyTools series keeps all the components in the handle of the tool and a nifty pull-out tray keeps them organized and tucked safely away until the next time you need them. In regular wrench and socket wrench versions, they’re also a great way to save space or take on the move.

In the modern world, the average working person sits almost 10 hours per day! It seems a bit unnatural doesn’t it? It’s no wonder that the latest trend in furniture is seating that aims to work your body while you’re at work.
Motorists won’t mess with you. Pedestrians won’t step in front of you. It looks like the chainsaw on this Russian rig spins the front wheel so you won’t even have to do much pedaling. I suppose the designer could have taken the chain off the chainsaw and still used the engine, but that would have taken a lot of the danger/fun out of it.

The 360 Iron is the result of an exploration into the evolution of the common iron and a representation of key improvements made to an appliance that has otherwise experienced minimal change over the years. The design revolves around a flexible, ergonomic joint that transfers twisting of the wrist to the iron itself thereby reducing hand-strain. A touch-screen display replaces complex dials and buttons adding to its intuitiveness and overall easy of use.
