The space-observing earth station at 18773 Cachagua Road was built in the 1960’s, when the U.S. was in the midst of a nuclear arms and space race with the Soviet Union.

Still tired from fighting World War II, the world’s two superpowers wrestled for superiority by inventing intimidating technology.

As a result, the Cold War building was constructed to withstand a 5-megaton nuclear blast. Talk about security.

Jamesburg Earth Station was the first to receive live images from the moon during the Apollo 11 mission in 1969. It broadcasted the first-ever people walking on the moon to the rest of the world, giving the U.S. major bragging rights over its Soviet Union rival.

In addition to a 20,000 square foot space station, you will also get 160 acres of land, an antenna as tall as an 11-story building, helicopter landing pad, three-bedroom house, basketball court, Fiber Optic OC-48 cable, barn, and two wells of water.

The space station’s next owner will be able to study our Milky Way Galaxy, and spy on far reaches of the universe.

You could also start your own worldwide television station. Its antenna and satellite can directly broadcast to Asia, South America, the South Pacific, and the entire United States.

The Jamesburg Earth Station was closed by the government in 2002 and sold to a private investor who made millions in Silicon Valley.

The space property package is being sold by Keller Williams.
